Happy Monday, Clean Slate Family!
Mondays are always one of my favorite days of the week, a chance to start fresh, outline goals, and solidify To Do Lists (and boy do I LOVE making lists!)
This week is going to be a fantastic one, and I would like to share one of my favorite organizing tips with you. It’s called the 60-Second Rule, and it is one of the most effective ways to keep your life organized and keep clutter build-up at bay. The 60-Second Rule is simple: if you can do it in 60 seconds or less, do it now! That’s it. Simple and easy. So, when you are faced with unpacking at the end of a long day, or getting dressed in the morning, or cleaning the kitchen after breakfast, just ask yourself, “Can I do this in 60 seconds or less?” If the answer is “yes”, do it now. If the answer is “no”, set it aside for a designated cleanup time later in the day or week.
I hope the 60-second rule changes your life as much as it changed mine! Little tasks done throughout the day lead to big results. Just wait and see….
