Creating space for the life you deserve

Wondrous Warehouse

I love working with bigger companies to get their workflow and workspaces organized and able to achieve maximum productivity. When a team is able to work in a clean space, and able to take care of their work environment, productivity soar and stress goes away. I want employees to be able to show up to work in an organized space every Monday morning (and Tuesday, and Wednesday, and Thursday, and Friday morning, too!). Arriving to your workplace and having all of your necessary tools, trucks, and the schedules ready to go is vital to having a good day, followed by a good week.

The team at Liftech had been struggling with maintaining an organized warehouse, as well as work trucks. The Liftech Team in the #1 concrete and foundation repair company in the state of Colorado, and they wanted their space to reflect that. They wanted their team to be able to easily load the trucks, know where everything in the warehouse lives, AND be able to put it all back at the end of the day for the next crew to use. Darren and Brian, co-owners of Liftech, gifted Clean Slate to their team as a way of investing in their work, and improving their ability to do their jobs well. A great gift, if you ask me!

I worked with a small team from Liftech to get this job done. Led by Austin, the team of 4 was awesome to work with! They were excited to get their space in tip top shape. I began this job just like any other: sorting and figuring our what needed to stay, what need to go, and what needed a new home. There was a lot of hauling, lifting, and ORGANIZING! Ultimately, giving the team ownership of their space, and the opportunity to help organize it was key. One team member, Micah, even took the initiative to build shelves for various types of caulking and other materials. How cool is that?!

Once everything had been put in it’s proper place, I labeled all of the new “zones”, so that the entire team will be able to easily load and unload their respective trucks. The less used items found new homes on the top shelves, while the heavier items now live on the ground-level bays. All in all, it was an incredibly successful day, and I know the Liftech Team will be more productive, happier, and less tressed at work. If that isn’t a foundation for success (see what I did there?), then I don’t know what is. Congratulations, Liftech!
